this little book is certainly no photo (but is it the most important?) but it gives a lot of information on various foods and ingredients (those that burn fat, those good for the heart, the memory or the hair ...) . Then there was some menu ideas (detox, memory, beautiful skin ...) and the second part is dedicated to savory and sweet recipes. The recipes are simple, everyday, that gives initial ideas to customize.
I liked the presentation of this little book I found complete and a good value, price. I also ordered the same collection "my pies and quiches magic" that is in the same spirit.
