I have to say ... it is big ... really big time, but which I was aware.
The S15 would indeed have been a bit smaller, but had had no tripod mount and so I now have a backpack where my equipment disappears almost in the depths.
The first impression: Absolutely for system cameras. The huge trade can be divided relatively flexible with Velcro separators, it can also be connected with the large storage space above. Here I have to but still something to pad out, especially for the camera, looking, which, although housed safely, but has given me too much space. Meanwhile, I have solved the problem with foam cut to size and am satisfied!
I must say that I'm glad to still have Velcro partitions an old bag ... Although the supplied fit for larger accessories but for my needs at this point are that too few.
My tripod, a larger travel tripod (retracts about 60cm long, fairly stable) can be fixed wonderfully and sits apparently fixed.
Really nice I find the side engagement, especially with the option of the backpack as slingback (called that?) To use. The Slingen works quite well with a tripod, you have to get at the remaining contents of the backpack of course, be discontinued.
What I did not like so much is the fact that the bottom of the backpack is not, or only weakly, padded. The things that are so stowed below suggest the bumpy settling on the ground ... here so you should better (ect cable, remote shutter, tripod accessories.) Charger and other shock-insensitive stuff store.
Overall, the part has a lot of pockets, purse and other openings for memory cards, batteries, small stuff, etc ... something like that.
A rain cover is (not yet unpacked)
Since it's my first photo backpack and I long so that was not the way I do not want to miss out on the comfort me. Nevertheless, I find that "Slingen" because of the shoulder pad bit uncomfortable before, but is likely to be normal, movable shoulder pads like a photo bag there is not.
At my first little photo tour he has served me well and I also have the feeling that they have finally found the right backpack for my needs.
Processing and zippers seem to be pretty good, here I see no deficiency or a potential weakness.
Owner of a small system camera should look at this backpack definitely closer.
