The dosage should try and adapt my opinion. With 6 pieces a day, whether before training or 3x2 piece, as stated, I could not sleep well.
4 pieces are perfect for me as a woman (166 cm, 51 kg). I think it comes but also generally on the metabolism and so on, is not everybody equal.
If I do not I take you throughout the day Train.
What I notice?
Less hunger.
Less sweet tooth.
More concentration.
More motivation.
More performance in sports.
I can do with the capsules easy 60 min endurance + strength training. One does not torment himself so much and has more energy.
I would recommend driving it all the sports. Without sports nutrition and you do not have the desired effect.
