Spelt is OK, just a natural product.
Bothers me that each time at least one bag of the 5 bags arrives opened. Fortunately makes Amazon to the whole bundle still a durable bag, so that the grains are not distributed throughout the box, but you need each time immediately halt a free vessel in order to fill the Dinkel.
