As part of my diet adjustment - conscious food on satiety eighth in combination it regular exercise - supported me the LIPO 100 well. There was preparation that worked better for me, but I find this well tolerated. I take whatever the daily activities 2 capsules - always irgendwan combined 10-12 with water. PS: I have previously done 3-5 times a week Sport - merely changed the intervals.
