Support from the manufacturer, you can forget, got after 2 weeks info that my request has arrived, yet no response (after 2 months). Wenns because running times, then ok. Must go to buy software for additional functionality. Would not buy again but stand a real Reciever and with monitor or whatever connect via HDMI.
