If, despite "only 4 cores" on the most current AMD 8 cores according Benchamrks and consumes just ~ 80 watts. Previously I had a Pentium Dual Core with 2.8 GHz and what can I say - it's now gigantic, like suddenly every action is done the same. The hated Windows gyro I have not seen ;-)
Who no more than 200 euros to spend but still a really fast processor wants, can find no less than you! Especially since the clock of 3.4 GHz increases automatically up to 3.8 GHz when required (Intel Turbo). With Z87 chipset can be even overclocked to 4 GHz or even more, but there is another cooler should be used. 4 Ghz I've tested and is stable - madness Performance!
By the way you can with these same CPU save the graphics card - currently the latest Intel integrated graphics (HD 4600) is in fact built here. But then it was enough for Latest Games on Ultra-setting course not - is just such a thing in between, if you want to save money or to transition.
I drive the processor to the motherboard "ASRock Z87 Pro4" (about 80 euros), which has namely the Z87 chipset, 6 x SATA3 etc. - completely up to date :)
