For me, the i1 Display Pro under Windows 7/64 bit did not work (although it explicitly on the package). Only the latest drivers from the manufacturer's side have led to success. I find this annoying, so a star deduction.
Hello Manufacturer X-Rite * knock * * knock *, where is the problem? Then I put just a note in the package, with the note before installing the latest software under ... download. That can not be that hard. So probably some return would have been spared.
Whoever raises the objection that one should make this principle anyway always, I would respond that this is true, the user but first must assume that the provided drivers should work if they expilizit as compatible with the operating system used on the package mentioned.
Who wants to buy a new car only to find that you only need to download a key update from an external source in order to start the car at all can?
Although already described in the reviews, please note again that the manual adjustment of the RGB values during calibration is more secure than the automatic setting and may that protect the adjustment ICC profile version "Version 2" from unsightly results in the Windows picture preview ,
Finally, to point out that I am very satisfied with the calibrated results. The money is wisely invested.
The best results I have with monitors with IPS panel received (eg from Dell or LG).
