This book is a real gem: the cover is beautiful and makes us want to immerse ourselves in it as soon as one has in his hands. And the content will not let us rest. The first-person narrative brings more lespersonnages are true and well described. The story is simple, my fear had been before the start of getting lost between the present and the past and discovers Juliette. Instead, it is totally immersed in history that saw heroin and no one discovers not the story of his ancestor Juliette and her great love Romeo. There is suspense, action, endings and situation at the right time reversals, all making this fictional narrative supported on real historical facts story entirely credible, with the backdrop of the famous love story of Romeo and Juliet. I particularly liked the way Anne Fortier makes us feel all that lives his character caeur of Siena, his discoveries and the history of great Italian families, with attention to detail and clarification in the descriptions that projects us Italy. It is as if one was there. Only negative point can be: it lacks a few details about the love story of Romeo and Juliet in 1340, the passageways are I find a bit faster on their history as those who ultimately relate to the context of their meeting and all events of the time.
