Connection weak

Sorry in English. Worked great for 5 months untill yesterday. The connector inside the device somehow got loose. With a little effort I can make a connection and the green light shows and then I also see the blue light, but it is no longer Effectively charging. I hear a soft Clicking, that's it: no charging.
Because Amazon is not the "manufacturer", it is too much trouble to contact the manufacturer. It would take too long and the postage costs will be high Perhaps. I did find a weakness from outside Germany ordering through Amazon.
If it works the device is ok, so I ordered another one to replace the broken one.
