The package consists of the DAB + / FM radio, power adapter and instructions.
The radio on the back of a compartment for 4 AA batteries and can thus also be operated on the go without a power supply. The onset is problem, the direction of how the batteries is very easy to recognize lodges
The batteries / accumulators are usually not loaded as in most radios, because otherwise the risk would be too high, that accidentally once batteries are charged. Who puts on a loading facility in the unit value, can use the DigitRadio 200 with integrated battery. Whereby the 200 but compared to the sound compared to the 250 is significantly worse.
An operation with 4 AA batteries can I find up to date, because you get 4 batteries plus charger for less money.
The sound from the 2 small speakers are better than my "old" DigitRadio 210 and also better than the DigitRadio 200 (which I had but only briefly sample belongs).
I could take the radio without looking at the manual in operation, store stations and recall the stations. (Here is how to save: "Preset" long press, select the station memory with the "high" / "Down" rocker and then press "Enter" - that's it, retrieving is similar, except that here "Preset" button only briefly)
For me, 23 channels were found, the switching time is compared to my first DAB radio significantly faster, it is great fun to use the radio. The FM reception is better than with the house antenna as in 210.
The radio has an easy to read display with a display for the signal strength (4 bars).
The only slightly annoying is the glossy surface which for me had some minimal scratches visible.
The difference in tone compared to the 210 is really clearly audible.
Unfortunately, I have a feeling that the 250 but the reception is a little weaker, here I will add for a longer test the ratings.
