Purchase decision for the AEG MC 4461 Bluetooth Music Center in black was the advertised Bluetooth function, since I as a true music fan get along a single day without music and be on my LG G2 more than 300 songs ...
So I was very excited about the system and wanted it, of course, check for proper operation, as one should always make up immediately.
First I tried the radio. What should I write large, the system performs here tidy your service, there is neither any noise or crackling sound. The reception was sufficient in my kitchen, but could have been better. The frequency is controlled by the large rotary control, and this very quickly jumps forward or backward, so you should slow search for the desired frequency. The display shows the current frequency is displayed clearly.
Then of course I tested the Bluetooth feature, which I was very excited. The bonding between the AEG-conditioning and the terminal, for example, in my case, my smartphone, worked quickly without problems. The Bluetooth function must be enabled by pressing the "FUNCTION", then this confirms the installation with a confirmation. Following then must also be enabled Bluetooth and then "AEG MC 4461" are selected at the terminal. If the connection is successful, the system is once again a confirmation of itself. Now the terminal just the music player application opens, a song can be selected and even the song on the boxes of the installation is displayed.
Finally, I wanted to briefly test the CD play function. Although I very rarely times hear a CD, the system should still be able to play (burned) CDs. But that's what she did. No matter what I lodged for a CD in the top-mounted CD drive, it just did not respond. A glance at the enclosed instructions should really provide information, but really helpful, you can also call the manual not. Here only able that the CD function can be activated by pressing the "Function" key must and "CD" is then shown on the display. Of course I tried, but the same tragedy was repeated.
I must add that I have also read the written reviews here my predecessors in buying the plant. Here around 90% complained about the same "CD-problem". However, I took this so seriously, because I have always had only luck with electrical goods. But I had just taken the reviews seriously ...
Anyway, I just do not understand that AEG does nothing and nachbessert against. Here, when 10 out of 11 customers have exactly the same problem, you should really mean that the manufacturer will stop selling. But apparently considered to be at AEG rather how to offer customers high-quality optical products with faulty functions to an overpriced price ...
I have no ifs or buts sent back the plant and have demanded my money back. As a substitute I reappointed me today a Bluetooth compact system from AEG for 58 Euro. It is at the AEG MC 4459 Bluetooth Music Center. However, I like the look of this not so much as here. But since I was so far done always by AEG, AEG again I give a chance. Should the new facility again be a letdown, I will in future no longer buy products from AEG.
What I find very strange, however, is that the white version of the AEG MC 4461, according to the reviews do not have this CD issues.

As already mentioned at the beginning all that was not with the CD-thing, I would have kept the plant. Who does not hear anyway CDs and want to use the system only via the Bluetooth function, the MC 4461 can buy without thinking.
