By takeout option of the inner part, the bag can also be used as conventional carrying case, the possibilities are limited due to the rather narrow shape of the bag for this purpose. Magazines, folders, or other documents can be wide so only impractical (since rolled, folded) or not at all convey. This of course is merely incidental to the camera with a transport bag designed.
There are also still inside a smaller mesh pocket with two compartments (one zippered). Outside there is a further large zip pocket, the interior again has two sacks. The zippers open easily and smoothly all the way, they can snag nowhere, since there is no fabric straps.
The bag can also be worn comfortably. Here come as I said, the well padded elements to Good, the position on the back is inclined optimal, but the transport via the hanging shoulder works. Also an adjustment of the retaining tab from left to right is possible. Also great: The bag is very easy to rotate forward, where it can then be opened in exactly horizontal position. The bag has itself also a pleasantly light weight. Less practical is the adjustment of the shoulder belt: If this tight set, the tab depends also down almost completely and can not be additionally secured. A bit annoying.
Now for the big shortcoming of the Interceptor One, which was rightly already addressed by other reviewers: The plastic material is undoubtedly waterproof, the zipper is, contrary to the promise of the manufacturer, clearly not. Even with short and not too strong test in the shower water enters inside and sloshes around. This is of course unacceptable, mainly because the USP of the bag eventually will be the water density. The zipper is unfortunately completely unprotected, a flap about the same plastic material would make quite a bit here.
All in all, you have it safe for the above reasons to do here with a very good camera bag. It is good to wear, well made and thought out and actually keeps almost always delivers what it promises. People who buy the bag because of their resistance to rain, will, however, annoyed. Here something must be done. Nevertheless, 3 stars.
