+ They heat up very quickly.
+ Everything is from the front operating and reach (on / off switch, remaining buttons, cappuccino maker, drip collector, water tank is forward pulled out). -> Very suitable for kitchens with limited space; no rumrangieren necessary.

Two shortcomings (so 1 star deduction):
1. The tamper is too small for the filter holder and plastic. Therefore we bought later following: Tamper solid aluminum 53 mm diameter for 20.00
2. The drip collector is cleaning ok, but not ideal. He has little alcoves / corners that can not be cleaned very quickly. The, our previous machine was rounded and therefore more easily. But is not a drama!
Besides comment:
Either we face so stupid with the milk frother or this is simply built something different, so we do not get the perfect milk froth in the usual method. My husband has been working for a long time in the restaurant business, so that it can it actually. Since the milk frother with us no priority (we drink most "extended black" with double espresso), it is not so bad.

For this one fills a jug one third with water and gives one tablespoon milk. Although many say now, the milk froth depends on the fat content - which can not fold. That's not true! So you learn the correct bubbles and must not be wasted tons of milk. Foam can be done with any milk, no matter what kind of fat.
