Chocolate for adults

One thinks in the wrong direction when you read the word "chocolate" on this label. It is not about pappsüße Alpenmilch and conched decadence, but dark, powerful cocoa, more bitter than sweet, rather spicy and hot, the black soul of Central America. Nothing you would do children in the milk. If you want to try the surprising and at the same time discreet efficacy of these bitter, I recommend the "Manhattan" version called "The Sidney Poitier".

1 1/2 oz bourbon (eg Maker's Mark)
3/4 oz Martini Rosso
2 dashes "The Bitter Truth" spiced chocolate bitters

Thus, from a universally known drink a fine, spicy, slightly bitter specialty - you can taste the bitter only sooooo late, when the drink is already out of his mouth, and then gaaaaanz back of the suppository, but there it right. Again a fantastic ingredient in the alchemy laboratory of magicians of "The Bitter Truth" unconditionally recommended as anything the guys produce.
