Customer Review

With the predecessor Manala the Finns have become Korpiklaani for me again relevant to what has been because the Finnish folk metallers have found a good balance between folky influences and gloomy Metal. Noita continues this with the tape in parts no longer quite so dark sounds like 2 or 3 years ago.

The matching band increases with Viinamäen Mies good mood and with a psyched-sounding fiddle in Noita. By Song surprise with a bold polka rhythm through the ears and just fun.
With the next song will be a bit darker. Gloomy within the meaning of Korpiklaani, who knows the band, who will know what I mean!

Lempo for example is quite restrained and in the verses sound Korpiklaani almost threatening.
Quite the contrary, there is a song like Jouni Jouni which sounds like a good mood song again, which may be because this is the song a cover of Billy Idol Mony Mony hits. The song sounds in Finnish but then very differently!

Noita has become a good album and definitely one of the better albums of the band's history.
