I have the 24cm pan now for about a month in use and I am thrilled by it. The non-stick coating is just awesome, the pan is super easy to clean, even if something slightly burnt or to become dark. She is beautiful flat on the hotplate and the acetabular rim is sufficiently high so that you sometimes can boil water, etc.. The handle is super slippery and is very comfortable to hold. However, whether he is really Ovenproof, I have not checked. So far I see no great Verschleiserscheinungen, except that of the subsoil in places small brown spots has, but which are likely to get from splashing grease after I had probably asked the pan briefly there on it without noticing it. The coating and the rest of the pan also looks great. But I like my hats eyeball - so always hand wash with dish soap and a soft cloth or sponge. After frying, I let the pan cool also first on the stove, so I put it no cold shock. And I make no other small unprotected pans into it, before is always cardboard or bubble wrap placed in between, so nothing happens!
