The build quality is fine for the price, the finishes and materials are absolutely okay.

What makes them unfortunately totally useless: the silver edge of the iPads will be scratched by the plastic of the casing.
This is very annoying, because the primary purpose of the sheath (protection against damage) is not satisfied with it.
