The year is 2013, and a device called a C-Pen 3.5 has scan the simple task of English text lines of a book. It is even a language. What can possibly go wrong, one wonders? Well, it is a 'hit and miss' game. Time it's not time. From "The first ten to fifteen people you recruit have a huge impact on the DNA of your business." makes the pin just "The rst ten to fiftafteen people you recruituit have a huge height DNA of your business." Nee, clear recruituit and fiftafteen are indeed totally common in English ... Where the OCR software is (c) 2009. Well, since the deficit falls that the device is not twitching even after successful pairing with Bluetooth but wants only via USB cable already no longer significant. (Mac OS 10.8 and C-Pen Core 1.3b2)
Update (now 3 instead of only 2 stars): after much practice does it scan now halfway reliable. Bluetooth pairing does have by now worked out, but the stylus oscillates between active / non-active and can not be used via Bluetooth. But with cable, because it goes reliable. The constant double- or even triple blanks nervous. Unfortunately, the Mac software no filtering options.
