For use in the kitchen in my opinion, much more varied than coconut milk - and much geschmacksintesiver. From curry over cake to chocolate has many tasty options there. Tastes strongly of coconut (is indeed nothing else).
Only "complicated" is the packaging of this product: up to once approached to the goods passes some time, as this depends in every nook and cranny in the solid state - because you could have put more effort during filling. But one would like to also have a largely airtight packaging - therefore no downside.
Previous warming in a water bath can also, then, however, with confidence that the package is hermetically sealed.
Compared to the competition? Since Bio a little more expensive, but the taste fairly similar.
