Größtdenkbarer fun also to APS-C

The unanimous praise is actually not much to add; the purchase of this dream in glass makes us since more than two years perfectly happy!
As many of the reviews seem especially to refer to experiences on full frame, I would like to emphasize, however, that this lens is doing well on APS-C cameras (as our 1000D) infinitely more fun.
Due to its compact dimensions, it fits just in the photo bag and can be taken anywhere - without it having to be burdened with a backpack itself.
Due to the crop factor, it is then even more a medium telephoto 200mm ~ (KB) is as it is ideal for shooting at the zoo. And the framing should even still be too large, so can the exquisite sharpness sufficient play for enlargements.
In addition to the focus on the entire aperture range we noticed in particular the color brilliance of the photos. Thus, the kit lenses are characterized often matter as through a veil - what many now determined not surprised ;-)
Even more exciting was the 135mm after acquisition of an intermediate ring (EF-25), with which you get a moderate macro lens with magnification ~ 0.4. This is quite enough for flowers and "greater" insects like grasshoppers or butterflies.

Also to all amateurs with clammy purse a strong buy recommendation - especially since you will have invested in the future, respectively for the full development of a full-frame camera.
Instead of a handful of cheaper lenses that are frustrated but repels later, it is better to buy them all-dream appearance alone.
