Although I have Windows 8 and therefore the driver CD are not allowed to, but after a download the required driver from the manufacturer's site, even after a short time my notebook was ready to watch TV. I was suspicious because of the small antenna- but also it brings surprisingly quickly and well, even though it is almost beside the notebook.
