Very good: cutting performance, processing. Less good: The folding mechanism is tricky, however cumbersome because the bread thickness must be turned on 0mm down before the device can be folded (security feature?). Less well: The Essays of bread Edition (plastic) must be removed, since this is no folding mechanism.
