I bought two books by the same author "raw power" and "cardio strength," I performed for many years of work cardio and circuit training type of weight training (for boxing) and I regret not having read these books before. In "cardio strength" we are told all parameters (recovery time, work intensity ...) to develop the work in the same muscle and cardio time. Very useful for all boxes or free fight.
