Impeccable cable and excellent customer service

I have purchased the Full HD 1.8m Mini DisplayPort to HDMI cable in April this year when retailers YoSpace.D and get accustomed to a short delivery time. The cable made a good impression and has (or similar artifacts) immediately after plugging without problems works. Unfortunately, the cable has abandoned after about 1.5 months the spirit, which first manifested itself by then glitches by completely black screen. Therefore I turned to the Customer of YoSpace.D and asked me how I could expect with this problem may help or replacement. The support was excellent. The very next day I received an answer that would be taken care of as soon as possible to the problem and it probably handle a production error. I was without further objections offered, if I would prefer a resending of or a money back refund. I opted for the resending of the cable and works flawlessly since.
