Accessories: a disk and that's it! Still as stingy at Bosch. Three discs with a purpose, a medium and a large would have been more significant.
Perceived quality: it is robust, one feels, but beware it is not designed for professional and that's seen the weight (a bit light) and finishing assemblies by showing a few games here and there.
Difficulty: the grip is good and allows to take the product with both hands in a stable and secure manner. It is in any case necessary to maintain a good balance and quality based. Do not contemplated to bring this to a hand, the work will be of lower quality.
Records: change is ultra easy, no hazardous handling, handy plastic guide is here to help. Very good point.
Noise: no more nor less than other products in this range.
Overall: a tool that does what is asked for home use and not too intense (quickly heats I think). Prefer triangular models for delicate areas and requiring precision as was so well stated in his excellent PogyZ comment. However, the wide working area of this model is more for large areas.
