We bake our breads for almost a year with Biel Meier bread mixes and are very satisfied. The bread always succeed - just great. The spelled-variant is no exception, however, if you experimented (z. B. linseed, sesame seeds, rolled oats, sunflower seeds, etc.) you should adjust the amount of water, otherwise it will be too hard.
