I'm generally not a fan of watches. Therefore I felt a SmartWatch rather than foreign bodies. Since my last clock but already decades ago was, so I was not sure how I can cope with it now, and I might have taken with corresponding benefits this shortcoming purchase, I tried it easy. 260 is a very nice house number. But again ... with a corresponding added value, I would be willing to pay the price.
Unfortunately, there is hardly useful / compatible apps. Many have not yet adapted it. When Facebook Messenger I see, for example only Textschnippsel. As in the notification bar of my cell phone. I can only answer by voice or pre-built standard answers. WhatsApp has at least the opportunity to see the complete run of text. So really useful for chatting the clock is terrible. Clear, novels I wanted on the Mini DisplayPort not write a short answer. Do not go, no keyboard. Probably come only in the future, for example via Microsoft (lol) (complicated installation) and less other keyboards. Mir is otherwise only "minimum". Gets run to I have none. As for the speech recognition, after all, the primary command input, forget it ... That thing messed up even the shortest phrases like "I'm fine". Everything tested in quiet environments.
As already mentioned there are few apps. Chill 100,000 Fitness Tracker I do not count time with ... Tinder went ... lol. But even the specially provided by Google for used apps are moderately implemented. When music player, for example, I would have expected that a simple command like "next song" would be possible. View in Google Maps may be a small selection of previous destinations. For with the speech input, I would never reach my goal. Otherwise none of my apps was (after all, more than 200) compatible with the clock. Not even obvious as HVV, DB or Yelp.
The battery life the way I've found to be ok. The clock was at the end of the day at about 65%, about 7% Bluetooth had pulled the phone. What the Android App Wear (for interfacing and data transfer needed) drew in the background I do not know. But I have noticed an increase in the indefinable Google services.
At the end of the day I also had more problems with the voice input. So after I've entered a command he could not find work and my orders not connect to the Google servers. Which brings me to the thought that this probably totally exposed in bad network or depleted volume of data.
So let's summarize: no Apps, impossible operation, high price, "okayes" Design ... Well, basically a notification bar on's wrist. Let's see what the next generation brings.
