ALL0333CJ Rev. C - Annex B and Annex J with upstream up to 2.8 Mbps

The modem is now delivered in Rev. C with upstream up to 2.8 Mbps. In addition, a cable modem connection is now, among other things - TAE socket (splinter-free DSL) settled.
