so, I want to list just a few little things that in the great TV unfortunately miss you. Firstly, I have - thanks to the lack of digital cable tuner - a Bluray player connected via HDMI, which feeds my CMX with digital cable channels (including HD). Thus, already the second problem arises: two remotes! Normally that would be the smallest problem with a universal remote control (the FB from my Bluray Player fortunately possesses) - Samsung goodness! But in search of the code of a remote CMX has become my green in the face. Dr. Google found not a single drug for CMX. Thus, I must now make do with 2 remote controls with this constellation. Transmitter switch to the Player FB, grab for the volume always CMX FB (nerve-nerve). Anynet + [HDMI CEC] would be a very practical gadget, wenns of CMX also have, but unfortunately, no. Thus, I now come to the 4th part I miss. An HDMI port as PC input. My laptop hung until recently on both HDMI inputs and constantly annoyed with incorrect image scaling. Was this picture an extra graphics software to the correct size scale, the picture looked totally oversharpened out - and that's not meant in a sexy way, but rather negative: characters looked totally out outshines as if the TV powered by uranium. Luckily there was no meltdown! Well, a bit played around and found out that it is somehow related to the audio signal. Because it happened that the audio was not transferred because the image was super quiet and readable. But HDMI is it because that one saves the audio cable, so I tried every HDMI cable out and putting new pure. Behold! Audio comes, it sucks image. New Solution tried: VGA + Audio separately. Quite acceptable but predictably distorted colors (which itself has VGA as compared to HDMI).
For 3D I will not say much, because the first attempts with the 2D goods> 3D conversion for the Ar ***. The 3D menu has many environmental and settings, but without appropriate native 3D input, conversion brings MMN nothing. Will now try 3D times with my new 3D Bluray player, and grudge the result.
