Color is not ready! Return shipping costs

Unfortunately, the color was not like the picture pink but bright pink, so I had to return the bag.
What makes me really unhappy that the buyer is at this dealer, nei Orders under 40.- must bear the cost of return shipping. With me were the whopping ten Euro, which I had to pay without having any of this. Given the fact that the color absolutely did not correspond to reality, I feel that as a pretty insolence.
So I'm going to order anything more at this dealer. Too bad about the money.
