From birth to about 3 months, the bath was immersion "total", with only his head above the water, resting on the arms of Mom and Dad. But our lil tip began to shake, and touch both side of the tub and we said a lounger, it could be quite a (for him and for our backs!) Remained to select the model! After testing preformed bathtub with integrated lounger after trying the plastic lounger which is added in the bath, it is ultimately the latter who won all the votes, ours and that of our son! That our son does not like in the other, the very rigid side and the hard part that goes back between the legs and sides to brace the baby. He struggled violently and the bath became a difficult time, who loved it. With it, no problem since support is fabric, and married the baby's body, buttocks are fixed on the small ledge, nothing between his legs, nothing on the sides to hinder movement, what happiness to be able s' shake and clap hands and feet in the water! The fabric looks like a towel certainly a little thin, but it is still much more flexible than plastic! Several possible uses in our case: either the classic, deep in the large tub or we calons the lounger "backwards" (small side for head and large side for the buttocks) on the edge of the small baby bath (it has a small flat part to put soap and accessories, ideal for positioning at the correct height deckchair). In both cases, Baby rests semi recumbent position, well maintained back and legs raised in position "frog". We continue occasionally to put it in (it has now almost 10 months) because we found the rigid bath seat of the problem strongly dislike him ...
After use, the cover is removed, rinsing, and drying, or in the washing machine and voila! The space is very small, it is very light. For maintenance and transportation, so it's really great!
We are delighted with this bouncer and we highly recommend it!
