DISADVANTAGE
Screw ~ lightweight, not as stable as plastic container with care

A (delicious) smoothie can be prepared in minutes and can, for example with melting flakes replace a complete meal. Always enough liquid fill, and soy, coconut milk or body water are super.
Very pleased with the acquisition (for about 2 months in operation every day)., Only one star deduction, due to the lightweight construction
