Good product, incorrect instructions

The kit looks mature and solid. A network connection was made immediately, but the pairing and encryption requires a little effort. First, the enclosed paper manual is incorrect, so the pairing of WPA281 and PA211 at first does not work out. Only the online manual allows the successful pairing of the two devices. Whether encryption is active, can not determine from the outside, the configuration interface of WPA281 are no information.
I run the Kit as a wireless extension with a FritzBox 7390 with the same SSID and WPA-PSK / WPA2-PSK. Both Windows XP and Windows 7 can perform in this configuration, wireless roaming, so you do not even notice, on which box you are connected. At the same time devices in the house, the Ethernet, but no Wi-Fi can now have, to connect with other PA211 to the Powerline network.

The kit performed after initial installation hurdles extremely discreet and reliable and its service I am satisfied with this product and the fact that I now really anywhere in your home easily have a good Internet connection.

--- Addendum Sept. 2013: Unfortunately, the device did not survive the warm temperatures of summer, so by 1 year (continuous) operation "given up the ghost." Therefore, I prefer later another star from (from 4 to 3).
