Here's a hint what you can still do with the Micellar Casein except only in the evening to drink:
Recipe:
Protein Waffles with Micellar Casein
Ingredients:
3 eggs
200g ground almonds
30ml water
3 tablespoons (about 45g) Micellar Casein
some vanilla extract
Stevia and / or sweetener as required
possibly some fat separation for the waffle iron
Preparation:
1. Disconnect the egg and mix the yolks with the ground almonds, water, Micellar Casein and stevia / sweetener. Ensure that the dough has a cake-like consistency.
2. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold it gently into the dough created in step 1.
3. Preheat on and use the waffle iron if necessary. Something separating fat to prevent sticking of the dough.
4. Bake until golden brown waffles.
