The whole is very coherent, the songs keep coming and there is no zap you want. Felt strong bond that has tied with Slash and his band Myles Kennedy during his last tour, during which they worked on the album.
Can not compare to the previous album by Slash, which included several different singers, with as much style. Apocalyptic Love sounds hard from the beginning and it sends heavy, 200% Rock'N Roll with some bluesy solos well. We recognize immediately the playing style of Slash, with his Gibson Les Paul. No longer needing to adapt to the songs Guns'N'Roses, Myles imposes its style and voice, a treat.
Speaking of Guns, certain melodies as you surely remember the Halo!
To get a good idea of the atmosphere of the album, listen priority You're a lie (the single appeared before the album), Apocalyptic Love, Halo and Anastacia (and its beautiful intro)!
Bilan, a classic Hard rock album with lots of quality through the touch of Slash, Myles Kennedy and the Conspirators. Do not miss this album !!
