For my part I have followed this method online in 2011, and I managed to lose 12 kilos that ruined my life.
Since I have taken nothing, I must say that I have continued to integrate good habits in my daily life.
Also I discovered amazing recipes that my husband and my son likes, so I've never felt "setting apart" and that's what made it has held over the long term.
I hasten to buy the book because this time I can take it anywhere!
