We wanted a headset, which my wife at home in addition to housework or Unterwegss from may from time to time make calls. I myself use a Sennheisser, which unfortunately cost twice as much. The selling point of the device is di elange battery life. I call my wife while working and driving 1.5 - 2 hours a day and since my Sennheisser holds no full for 3 days. This Plantronics ML 20 but holds almost a week. The second advantage is that the device makes announcements when Coupled to and battery must be charged minimum etc. However, a disadvantage that it is only announced in English. But that gets you good anyway with what wants to convey the friendly voice there. Big drawback ... bad side noise filtering. When my wife the Plantronics ML 20 uses to make phone calls with me, and during the conversation a few candies takes from the candy bag, crackles and rustles the packaging louder than can speak my wife! It hurts formally in the ears. Even if the TV or radio on the way, I have to concentrate very strongly on understanding it! I have the Plantronics ML 20 also myself once worn and found that I then hear myself in the interlocutor as feedback. This is probably because I have my cell phone in a breast pocket and this is not exactly conducive to the connection between mobile phone and headset. I dont know. In principle, I think that whether you own, or the counter transmits the headset Plantronics, there are always problems in the connection and thus in talk and sound quality. All in all I can only recommend this limited heaset! I myself would have returned there again, but my wife is very satisfied by the wearing comfort, battery life and can come to terms with, for me as important, negative points.
