I do this now for 1 week and have to maintain permanently before the. After the drink I have about 2-3 hours no longer hungry. If they do I drink water - what I do also reinforced throughout the day. In addition, I am 3-4 times a week, encouraging cross trainer (at least 30 minutes - that's about 10 calories per minute down).
So I have lost almost 3 kilos in well 1 week - unbelievable, that would have previously never thought that it's so fast. War for many years always in the gym and everything.
But the waiver on dinner - in which I used to like well-struck - has brought the breakthrough, reinforced by the endurance training.
So far I have not anything else to eat in the evening or the desire to snack. But is probably also because I generally do not eat a lot of sweets and bread and sausage / cheese for dinner are not my cup of tea.
