This Spin is made of glass, feels valuable and is available through its thin edge even with 17mm without additional vignetting.
The arrival, or settling with screw lens hood designed naturally been some difficult by the lack of second external thread, it is not possible to place more filters (that is of course clear).
Included is a case, and a lens cap.
Important in the operation is, of course:
- Stable hold the camera with tripod
- If necessary, Prefocusing / AE lock as it is very dark in the viewfinder.
- Some math knowledge to the AE lock manually adjust.
(For example, a properly exposed image in '8 @ 1 / 250s (0,004s) without filter corresponds to about f8 @ 4s (4.0s); ergo: 10 f)
Conclusion:
Meets for me the purpose to scan not only at dawn flowing water long, but also during the day. Chromatic aberrations and contrast are mitigating I had not noticed, since the mail processing anyway enhances the contrast a bit. Would I buy again, even as the price GGNB. is other manufacturers in addition to the above properties attractive.
