Navi class support underground!

The Navi is successor of a Becker Ready 50 EU19, which still had no Lifetime Map Updates and had, therefore, differ because me these are simply comparatively too expensive. I was convinced of the handling and operation of the Becker devices with its predecessor, it should be a Becker again. Instead of 5 inches is now 6.2 "display and the new" MagClick "Active holder are even a clear improvement.

Also, a new version of the "Content Manager" (PC software for synchronization, map updates, backups, etc.) came with. And here is the crux of the matter - and that is no small thing in my eyes! The software already offered the old Navi option, MS Outlook contacts (I have version 2010) to transmit on Navi - actually a matter of course these days, which can each cost smartphone for years. But if you want to do that, one should choose among the Outlook folder that you want to transfer in the window. Just as window no manual selection function is no, at least for me displayed empty, possible only below the "Continue" button, which is disabled but still logically, the option next to "Cancel", you guessed it, of course, does not help. That was more than 2 years before the aforementioned predecessors so, is now the new and newer software exactly the same crap.

And another thing that bothers me in my last 2 Becker navigation systems compared with their predecessors 1x Navigon (no longer there so yes) and 1x Garmin. They can not use as virtually no current connection to the cigarette lighter as well. In my old Navis I could just use a cable without frequently used short-range navigation times when battery half charged at least. My last Becker and now the new make the impression that they would never or not properly load, the USB port of the PC certainly not - and if so, it must be connected to it gefülte 24 hours.. Anyway, ever (and that happens sometimes only every 4 weeks), if I need the part times, the battery is empty and the part will flow via cigarette lighter. And even if it seems sometimes loaded full, 4 weeks later, though off, it is empty and will cable. So the load and unload logic does not open up to me at the Beckers until today. With my previous Navis I did not. And Becker you can not ask yes, because:

Mail to support written about 4 weeks before, bravely get an instant automated confirmation of receipt, since silence. 2 weeks before the re nachgehakt, still silence. I think that's been naughty! Because after a month, I now have to make me hope that there still is something hardly still. I think the problem for Outlook and the nonexistent troubleshooting, to the Akuproblem, a total of 3 star deduction is not too much, because elementary. If at least one "shrug" would come by mail reply, so problem is not known or they can not solve it, ok, then I would have given 3 stars because Navi itself very ok, but so? No!

Should anyone know the problem and have a viable solution, I would of course be grateful for tips. Likewise, other experiences would interest me with the battery problem and if I possibly what's wrong.
