The BX580 from LG is actually a good player, who immediately connected to my network and easily all my files (movies, photos and music) has played. Unfortunately, the player uses the same remote control codes such as the hard disk recorder RH188 (by LG), so always make both devices the same (on, off, play, pause, stop, ...). I am therefore totally impossible to use the device, because I want to continue to use my hard disk recorder. Lt. LG Support can not change the remote codes so that I will give the device back. Pity is otherwise a lovely unit. It is, however, a complete mystery to me what LG is thinking that you use in devices from different product groups (one is a pure player, the other a hard disk recorder) same remote control code. One can not exclude however, that two such devices are operated in parallel. Now we must also pay attention before buying a device that are not mutually affect the remote controls of a manufacturer. Slowly it all gets a little complicated, I think.
