I'm just a little beginner who pursues this hobby since 2006 and have, of course, not the idea as some others here. Does she want to but still give the best :)
Just like one or the other I have many hours, days and weeks around the ears hewn by asking 24-105 or 24-70? For me it has become the 24-105: 105 mm and IS have been the better combination for me. Hold a immerdrauf lens and for me it is so! I love it and do not spend it here again !!!
Of course, one or the other may now think the focus is a little better when, for example, 24- 70. That may be ... I also like to develop my poster at 10m x13m, where this "a little sharper" a small difference does but for longer focal length and a stabilizer I've waived. In addition, the 24 105 is still cheaper ... but it can also certainly no good;)
All joking aside: It's the best optics I was able to try out so far and call my own. In total package considered!
Buyer I had, unfortunately, a front focus but was repaired without any charge from the Canon Services (Rüdiger Maerz GmbH, Süderstraße 75a (entrance house 77) | been 20097 Hamburg, Bin spot there, everything was great and both thumbs up !!!)
Focus problems I already had with other suppliers, such as Sigma and not just once! So no need here to do for some people as if it was an exclusive problem of Canon !!!
Pro:
- Continuous shutter 4
- Ideal focal length Standard Zoom!
- The resistance at the adjusting rings is a dream (nice and firm) !!!!! For all other lenses, it feels more like toys.
- The color reproduction is fabulous !!!
- Processing fantastically !!!
- I guess that I have to mention the normal benefits such as dust and water protection unspecified or ...
Contraindications:
- Focus problems possible (but will be corrected)
- "There is always a look that is a little sharper"
- For form's sake I Lieste here the price still on but I think this lens is worth every penny !!!
The inputs or other like now again say as an "L" in love ... but I'm definitely not! I simply stand only on price performance!
Not always complain about blur, rather dim times! Just as you would with other optics also makes!
