Unfortunately ineffective serum

Unfortunately this shows serum - at least with my friend for whom I had bought the product - no discernible effect on the length or thickness of the eyebrow hairs; so no comparison to US products such as Latisse, whose effect is based on prostaglandins. Note: products of this type should not be placed on the eyes - so please use only for eyebrows, and probably not for eyelashes! When this regard Internet reports agree, very unpleasant health hazards may occur otherwise namely, up to visual impairment.
