Quality:
Decisive here is the quality. This stand is made of good quality and the use of color of aluminum, it fits to the MacBooks. The rubber feet designed to protect your MacBook or other laptop before that they do not scratch, are of good quality. They are non-slip and successfully protect against scratches. They also raise the MacBook in a comfortable height, so that there is the cooling benefit. The MacBook is passively cooled very well by the mStand and protects thus in small extent from overheating.
Work environment:
The mStand thus fits well into the working environment and uses some of the details of the iMac on. So he has in the back of the foot a hole you that it is possible passing cable and thus raise up a cluttered impression.
Also the height of the mStand is well chosen. It raises the MacBook in a comfortable height to symptom-free to look at the display.
The angle is thus very well chosen, but I feel it for longer letter than a little exhausting.
My MacBook Pro 13 comes regularly to the mStand used. However, I use it more to the MacBook in a safe place to store and plug it in to an external monitor. Use it thus with the Apple keyboard and the Apple trackpad.
Conclusion:
The mStand has a very good quality and this is the price of 50 absolutely fair. It is possible the MacBook Pro 13 as well as the MacBook Pro 15 to operate on the mStand. However, only a shorter time. With liked the angle and the height is not very good for writing on the keypad. That is why the mStand for me is truly a place for storing the MacBook.
