Volume 2, which focuses on optimizing the training, I was particularly upside in its approach. To take just one example, Chapter 2 of the Health Foundation: 57 pages full of lessons on key points of the physical well-being, mental and social. The new look brought by these condition is all part of bodybuilding.
I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to optimize his practice of bodybuilding, but also (mostly) well-being.
