My wife was very skeptical, but now she is thrilled as I to the pan non-stick frying pan did by the "burn-in" and you therefore can not, as feared, burning. Now my wife is frying the best steaks, baked potatoes and even the crispest rubbish and pancakes with it, because now it is for them the best "non-stick coated" pan ever!
