The delivery time was short, the unit neat and packed into the appropriate size. The first test yielded with fries and breaded schnitzels an excellent result. The performance of this fryer is good, the oil reserves during the Frittiervorganges an acceptable temperature, so that you easily pre-frying the fries, then pour in the chips and the chips can still finish fry shortly before serving. So everything comes hot and tasty at the right time on the table.
A pleasant thing is the frying basket, the warden may be raised or lowered with the lid closed. Unpleasant or painful traces of grease are a thing of the past. Even the removable oil reservoir is a plus, as this is the disposal of the used oil (there is specially a channel to pour) and designed to clean the container considerably more pleasant. Even the removable and dishwasher-safe lid is a clean business.
The odor filter is ok, when frying already running the extractor .. Only minus is the cover of the filter. A fragile plastic web which is to close the Deckelchens there is already broken at the first careful (!) Weight loss, so that the container lid when filling the deep-fried must warden opened slowly now so that odor filter and especially its plastic cover does not fall out.
