Our starting point is a very poor Wi-Fi reception in some rooms (caused by the fact that we limited our port router installed in a room Recke had). We have now tried a few wireless network adapter:
- Fritz! "WLAN USB Stick"
- TP-Link adapter "TL-WN722N"
- And last TP-Link adapter "AC1200"
Now there is no doubt that the "TL-WN822N" is so far the only wireless network adapter, which can ensure us despite weak signal strength optimal WLAN reception on the PC. While we only sufficient and only in rare cases, sometimes had a good connection quality of all the previously acquired adapters under Windows 7 (64bit), ensured the "TL-WN822N" finally consistently and reliably wireless connections with excellent connection quality.
Here, the adapter is in spite of the low price also processed with value and the concept also very thoughtful. The design of the adapter with socket, to which a separate USB cable is connected, effectively prevents that the electronics is accidentally damaged when pulling out the USB connector. The large footprint also allows easy positioning and alignment of the WLAN adapter. In operation continues to fall on positive that the adapter is barely warm
When I consider that our previously purchased WLAN sticks:
- Have been consistently more expensive
- Thereby significantly poorer reception power, and sometimes had a short life (the "AC1200" it has broken down, for example, only a few days after the acquisition, as the brackets are broken for the electronics in the case of the stick when inserted)
- Have become hot after several hours of operation all (and much more than lukewarm - so appreciated at least 38-40 ° C)
then I can use the "TP-Link TL-WN822N" Recommend highly enough - how nice that good does not have to be expensive as before.
By us a strong buy recommendation - 5 Stars
