Early 2013. I bought on Amazon a Samsung Galaxy S3 and bought in addition to the 2-year protection devices (anti-theft). I always pay attention to careful handling of the phone. Now, well, almost one and a half years after purchase I noticed when getting out of the car, the cell phone out of his hand and on the floor pavement. Despite screen protector, the display was seized on several points. It was also a thick dent in mobile frame. I contacted the Ergo-direct by email. This forterte a brief description of the display breakage and asked me for a copy of the Amazon statement, IMEI number of the mobile phone and the Ergo-contract as a PDF file. All three files I added to the mail. Two days later I was asked to make an appointment for pickup Ergo via UPS. This arrived on time at the appointed time and picked up the phone. Exactly one week later (Monday to Monday) was the cell phone repaired to my address supplied. After unpacking the phone, I was really surprised - new frame, new display and best of all: a new screen protector was as glued !!! - And all without spending a dime payment! Thank you for this excellent work - a repair that damage would otherwise come really expensive. I also commend the very fast settlement of claims. Gladly again - so a device protection must be: uncomplicated, fast, good job :)
